About us

The purpose of the Snow Leopard Education Fund Is the advancement of education of young people in Kazakhstan, for the public benefit, by the provision of grants and awards towards the cost of a period of full and part-time academic study abroad.

Целью образовательного фонда Снежный барс является продвижение образования молодых людей в Казахстане, в целях общественного блага, путем обеспечения грантов и наград для стоимости полного или частичного академического обучения зарубежом.

Andrew Graham-Watson
Founder and Managing Director of Insperata Floruit

Andrew has spent 16 years at Cothill House School, part of the Cothill Educational Trust. He was responsible for the academic progress of the overseas pupils, their welfare and progression to their senior schools and brings a wealth of experience in this sector. Prior to working at Cothill Andrew worked for the European Commission in Brussels, the OECD in Paris and various positions in London. Andrew was educated at Ampleforth College, the Université de Tours and has a PGCE from Roehampton. He is married with four children and is a fluent French speaker.
